Key Management and Advisors
Robert Pryor – President
Robert was an early entrant into the Internet and Web application industry. In 1996 he was responsible for launching the world's first pure Web video technology for Vivo Software. The company was sold soon after to RealNetworks. In 1999 he became president and CEO of Inovie Software, one of the first providers of large-scale Web-based project collaboration software. The company was sold to SDRC in 2001. Mr. Pryor has held executive positions in sales, marketing, and general management in technology industries for more than 20 years in organizations a diverse as start-ups to a Fortune 50 company. Mr. Pryor earned a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, where he graduated in the top of his class.
Richard Mahfouz – Chief Financial Officer
Richard has over 25 years of extensive financial and operational management experience, and has been a key contributor in many start-up ventures, including nobelcom.com, classesusa.com and danschocolates.com. He has worked with varied national and international industries, including technology, health-care, manufacturing, financial and publishing companies. He also served as Chief Financial Officer in various industries, achieving turn-around and securing venture capital funding. In addition, Mr. Mahfouz spent three years at the CPA firm of Arthur Young & Company. He holds a MBA from Pace University and a JD from New York Law School.
Jay Niblick – Chief Science Advisor
Jay is the CEO of Innermetrix, Inc., a behavioral profile company he founded in 1998 to develop and sell customized personal psychological assessments based on the science of Formal Axiology. Axiology is a science created by the late Dr. Robert S. Hartman, and is a mathematically-based means of scientifically measuring a person’s value hierarchy, or how a person thinks. Innermetrix is the world’s largest single producer of Axiological profiles. Organizations ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 50 companies use Innermetrix profiles, distributed by more than 450 certified consultants throughout the world. Mr. Niblick is also a certified member of, and “Consultant in Good Standing” with, the Robert S. Hartman Institute at the University of Tennessee, where he holds Co-chair positions and is an Advisor to the Board of Directors. Mr. Niblick received both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Applied Organizational Development from Tusculum College, Summa Cum Laude.
Gary De Rodriquez – Chief Coaching Advisor
Gary is founder and CEO of Life Design International and the Neuro-Linguistic Training Center. His talents in teaching science-based models for personal and professional change have made him a recognized provider of solutions to the corporate and private markets. Mr. Rodriguez is recognized by the International Network for Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology as a Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Mr. Rodriguez is an internationally acclaimed expert in psychology-based systems of success in human behavior and experience. For 25 years, Mr. Rodriguez has integrated the most effective models of education, psychology, business, philosophy, and influence into a diverse series of programs entitled Life Design.
